Mantova claimed the Trofeo Pata in style on 30 July 2026, thumping Alcione Milano 6-2 at the Stadio Danilo Martelli in front of around 2,000 fans.

The Serie B side were in irresistible form, racing into a 2-0 lead by half-time before piling on four more goals after the break. Ruocco and Cajazzo both bagged braces for the hosts, who lifted the pre-season trophy with an emphatic attacking display.

Alcione pulled two goals back but were never able to threaten Mantova's dominance. The result caps an impressive pre-season build-up for Mantova as they fine-tune preparations for the upcoming Serie B campaign.
