Pardubice B vs Jihlava

Jihlava seized control inside three minutes. Alex Rimko opened the scoring at 2:29 of the first period, finishing from Denys Kupriianov's feed to give the visitors a lead they would only extend.

Pardubice B entered this game with mixed preparation form: a 5-0 win over Kolín on 6 August and a 5-2 win over Litoměřice on 13 August, but a 3-6 loss to the same opponent on 20 August. Tuesday's defeat extends a pattern of inconsistency for the Dynamo reserves, who struggled to contain Jihlava's power play throughout the opening 40 minutes.

Jihlava looked sharper from the opening shift and the 5-1 scoreline accurately reflected the gap between the sides. The visitors controlled the first 40 minutes completely and managed the third period with professional composure. Pardubice B showed flashes — Hauser's goal and a handful of third-period chances — but their 0-for-7 power play and 25% penalty kill proved decisive. Expect a tighter contest in Thursday's rematch if Pardubice's special teams improve.
